  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and cinnamon to make the glaze.
  3. Brush about half of the glaze over the ham. Reserve the remaining glaze for basting.
  4. Bake ham for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting every 30 minutes with pan juices and reserved glaze. If ham starts to brown too quickly, tent loosely with foil.
  5. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Brush ham with remaining glaze and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until glaze is caramelized and internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
