2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
In a separate large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
