1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 large egg yolk
2 tablespoons ice water
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake crust for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
Make the filling: Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering. Pour over chocolate; let stand 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Add butter, vanilla, and salt; stir until glossy.
