- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9-inch round cake pan with two overlapping sheets of parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla.
- Sift cocoa powder over the mixture and beat on low until combined.
- Gently melt dark chocolate with heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Let cool slightly.
