Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa), chopped
1/2 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method), stirring until smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle the almonds, cranberries, pistachios, apricots, and coconut (if using) evenly over the chocolate. Gently press toppings into the chocolate.
Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Break into pieces by hand or cut with a knife.
