- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag (about 8 oz) tortilla chips
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a medium bowl. Mash with a fork to desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
- Stir in lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, tomato, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lime juice or salt as needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
