1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat eggs. In a third dish, place panko breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken tender first in flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Serve chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce.
Tips
For extra crispy tenders, use an air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Honey mustard can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
