Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Shape mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
Brush or drizzle meatballs with olive oil.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and meatballs are golden brown.

Tips
