Instructions
- Season cube steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
- In another dish, whisk eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dredge each steak in seasoned flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat again in flour.
