- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, ground flaxseed, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add water and olive oil, stir until well combined. Let sit for 10 minutes until mixture thickens into a gel.

- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and score into cracker-sized squares with a knife.
