Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until well combined.
Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt; stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; mix until creamy.
