Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
Lay a tortilla flat. Place a slice of cheese in the center, then top with about 1/4 of the cooked beef. Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, toast the wraps in a panini press or grill.
Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
Store leftover wraps wrapped in foil in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven.
