Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 patties.
Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest 2 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish to make the dressing.
Divide lettuce among 4 bowls. Top with tomatoes, pickles, cheese, red onion, and chopped burger patties.
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
