Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside for 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.
Spread Caesar dressing evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over dressing.
Slide pizza onto hot stone or sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
While pizza bakes, toss romaine with a drizzle of Caesar dressing (optional) and set aside.
Remove pizza from oven. Top with romaine, shaved Parmesan, croutons, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve immediately.
Tips
For extra crunch, add grilled chicken strips.
Serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side.
If using homemade dough, ensure it's at room temperature for easy stretching.
