1/2 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1/4 cup carrots, shredded (optional)

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds to make them pliable.
Spread 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing down the center of each tortilla.
Divide the buffalo turkey mixture among the tortillas, placing it in a line over the dressing.
Top with celery, carrots (if using), and shredded lettuce.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Tips
For extra crunch, add some chopped cucumber or bell pepper.
Serve with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
