Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped into bite-size pieces
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, crumbled bacon, raisins, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
