Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) medium-ground coffee
- 1 cup (8 oz) cold, filtered water
Instructions
- Place a paper filter in the coffee maker's basket and dampen it with a little water to remove paper taste; discard the water.
- Add the ground coffee to the filter and gently shake to level.
- Pour the cold water into the coffee maker's reservoir.
- Start the brewing cycle and allow it to complete.
- Once brewed, pour the coffee into a mug and serve immediately.
Tips
- Use freshly ground coffee for best flavor.
- Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light and heat.
