8 slices white bread
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala until well combined.
Stir in cilantro, onion, and green chili (if using).
