Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add onion, tomato, green chilies, cilantro, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour half the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown and set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining mixture. Serve hot with toast or paratha.
