  4. Sauté carrots in 1 tsp vegetable oil over medium heat for 2 minutes, season with a pinch of salt. Repeat with zucchini.
  5. Cook marinated beef in a skillet over high heat until browned, about 3 minutes.
  6. Fry eggs sunny-side up in 1 tsp vegetable oil.
  7. Make sauce: mix gochujang, remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and remaining garlic.
  8. Serve rice in bowls, arrange vegetables, beef, and egg on top. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
