- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 bag (13 oz) tortilla chips

- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with seasoned beef, black beans, and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, olives, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa. Serve immediately.
Tips
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños before baking.
- Serve with guacamole on the side.
- Leftover nachos can be stored in the fridge but are best eaten fresh.
