Ingredients
4 slices leftover meatloaf (about 1/2 inch thick)
4 hoagie rolls or ciabatta buns
4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard to make the glaze.
