Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large red onion, cut into chunks
1 large bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Add beef cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours).
