  5. Add snow peas and bean sprouts; cook for 1 minute. Return beef to the wok.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats everything, about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
