Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
Divide the beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Top each with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, then lettuce and tomato. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Serve immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm.
Tips
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce to the beef.
These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
