Ingredients
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen mixed berries (or mango, pineapple, etc.)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1/4 cup milk of choice (adjust for desired thickness)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Add frozen banana slices, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a high-speed blender.
Blend on low, then increase to high, using a tamper to push ingredients down if needed, until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk a tablespoon at a time.
Pour into bowls and add your favorite toppings such as granola, fresh fruit, seeds, or nut butter. Serve immediately.
Tips
For a thicker base, use less milk and ensure fruit is fully frozen.
Store leftover base in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month; thaw slightly before serving.
Customize with protein powder, spinach, or nut butters for added nutrition.
