Ingredients
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin on
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat.
In a small bowl, mix dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the salmon.
Lay lemon slices on top of the fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
