Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
