Ingredients
4 (6 oz) halibut fillets, about 1 inch thick
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
Pat halibut fillets dry with paper towels and place on prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
Divide crumb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
