Ingredients
1 (25 oz) package frozen four cheese ravioli
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish.
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Dot half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and Gorgonzola. Season with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheeses.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Tips
For a crispier top, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
