Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lbs)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Drizzle drumsticks with olive oil and rub with the spice mixture, coating evenly.
Arrange drumsticks on the wire rack, leaving space between each.
