Ingredients
4 (6-ounce) cod fillets, about 1 inch thick
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
In another bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place cod fillets in the prepared baking dish. Brush each fillet with the butter-lemon mixture.
