Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza dough (about 1 lb)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)
1 medium apple (such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), thinly sliced
6 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
2 ounces prosciutto, torn into pieces
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside.
On a floured surface, stretch or roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper.
Brush dough with olive oil. Spread caramelized onions evenly over dough, if using.
Arrange apple slices and Brie slices over the dough. Scatter prosciutto and walnuts on top.
Slide pizza (with parchment) onto preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
Tips
Use a crisp apple like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith for best texture.
Caramelized onions add extra sweetness; prepare them ahead of time.
Substitute walnuts with pecans or omit for a nut-free version.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes.
