Ingredients
1 cup hummus
1 cup baba ghanoush
1 cup tzatziki sauce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber slices
1 cup carrot sticks
1 cup bell pepper strips
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup pepperoncini
4 pieces pita bread, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon za'atar seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange pita wedges on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with za'atar. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Arrange hummus, baba ghanoush, and tzatziki in small bowls on a large platter.
