  4. Add the pork mixture and stir-fry, breaking it into small pieces, until no longer pink (about 2 minutes).
  5. Add doubanjiang and stir-fry for 1 minute until the oil turns red.
  6. Add chicken broth and remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the drained noodles and toss to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until the noodles have absorbed most of the liquid.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil, toss, and garnish with scallion greens and cilantro. Serve immediately.
