Ingredients
1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: lemon wedges and fresh parsley for serving
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add salmon cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly.
