1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup crushed pretzels (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
