1/2 cup water
4 individual bags (1 oz each) corn chips (e.g., Fritos or Doritos)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, until thickened.
Open each bag of chips along the top seam. Gently crush the chips slightly inside the bag.
Divide the seasoned beef evenly among the bags, spooning it over the chips.
Top each bag with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
Serve immediately with a fork, eating directly from the bag.
Tips
For a spicier version, use hot taco seasoning or add jalapeños.
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
