1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snow peas
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove turkey from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add bell pepper and snow peas; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return turkey to the skillet. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Tips
For extra crunch, add a handful of cashews or peanuts at the end.
Substitute ground chicken or pork if desired.
Serve over steamed jasmine rice or lo mein noodles.
