Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and rice is tender.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
