- 4 slices bacon
- 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar)
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Lay tortillas flat on a work surface. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer half of the turkey, lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, and bacon on the lower third of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Tips
- To prevent sogginess, pat tomato slices dry with paper towels before adding.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds to make them more pliable.
- Store leftover wraps tightly wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
