1 block (14 oz) silken tofu, drained
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Shredded nori (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Gently remove the silken tofu from the package and place it on a plate lined with paper towels. Let it drain for 5 minutes, then pat dry.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and grated ginger until well combined.
Carefully transfer the tofu to a serving plate. Pour the dressing over the tofu.
Garnish with sliced green onion, sesame seeds, and shredded nori if using. Serve immediately.
