Ingredients
2 tablespoons coarsely ground dark roast coffee
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Brew the coffee: Place the ground coffee in a French press or small pot. Add 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Let steep for 4 minutes, then press or strain into a heatproof cup.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully dissolved.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice.
Top with evaporated milk, stirring gently to create a swirl effect. Serve immediately.
Tips
For a stronger coffee flavor, use a dark roast and brew double-strength (1 tablespoon coffee per 1/4 cup water).
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
For a dairy-free version, substitute with coconut condensed milk and oat milk.
