  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sake, tahini, chili bean paste, and sugar. Cook 1 minute, then remove from heat. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, combine broth and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Do not boil.
  5. Ladle hot broth over the noodles in each bowl. Top with the pork mixture, then each with a soft-boiled egg half.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Drizzle with chili oil to taste. Serve immediately.
