  4. Bring a separate pot of water to a gentle simmer. Carefully place the block of silken tofu in a steamer basket or on a heatproof plate and steam for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  5. To serve, scoop warm silken tofu into bowls. Top with cooked sago pearls and drizzle generously with arnibal (brown sugar syrup). Serve immediately.
