Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced avocado.
Add the seasoned beef to the bowl and toss gently.
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and crushed tortilla chips.
