Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup red enchilada sauce
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain fat.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
In a small saucepan, heat refried beans over medium-low heat until warm.
Assemble bowls: divide rice among 4 bowls. Top with refried beans, seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, sour cream, cheese, olives, and a drizzle of enchilada sauce.
