1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 apple, grated
2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts or almonds
2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
The night before, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, grated apple, nuts, dried fruit, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
In the morning, stir the muesli and add a splash of milk if too thick.
Serve cold, topped with fresh berries if desired.
