Ingredients
1 batch pizza dough (homemade or store-bought, about 2 lbs)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside for at least 30 minutes.
Divide dough into two balls. On a floured surface, stretch or roll each into a 12-inch round.
Transfer one dough round to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper. Spread half the sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
Sprinkle half the mozzarella over sauce. Top with half the sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes if using.
Slide pizza onto hot stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
Repeat with remaining dough and toppings.
Let cool 2 minutes before slicing.
Tips
For a crispier crust, par-bake the dough for 3-4 minutes before adding toppings.
Customize with your favorite veggies or meats.
Leftover pizza can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in a 350°F oven.
