- 3 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
- Slice the roll in half lengthwise. Hollow out some of the bread from the top half to make room for fillings.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on both cut sides of the roll.
- Layer the salami, capicola, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, and pepperoncini.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillings. Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
